In The Studio

An artist’s studio is a creative sanctuary and a retreat from the world. A place where thoughts, ideas, emotions and inspirations can be expressed through art.

In the summer months Camilla’s painting place is a little boat amidst the expansive North Norfolk nature reserve, Blakeney Point.

‘I feel the transition happening as I walk out to my boat at low tide. A feeling of inner peace and excitement, connecting to the rhythms of nature, the tides, the sun and moon, the weather, my creative spark, ideas, inspiration flows.

Camilla also has a small jewellery-making studio in the Vale of Belvoir, hidden away in the heart of the English countryside.
